These terms apply when you buy or use Roomotion. By buying or using it, you agree to them.
Who we are

What you buy
Roomotion is a digital guide that shows a workflow for turning a 3D model view into a short video reel using third-party AI tools. A purchase costs $20 as a one-time payment and gives lifetime access to the guide for the account that bought it, for as long as Roomotion is offered.
If we ever stop offering Roomotion, we will email buyers at least 30 days before access ends, so you have time to save the prompts you use.
Your account
You log in with a link sent to your email address. Access is tied to that account and is for one person. Keep access to your email account secure, and don't share your login.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles the checkout, payment, invoices and sales tax, and its buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
What you can do with the guide
You may use the guide, its prompts and its workflow for your own projects: your own designs, your own portfolio and your own business's marketing. You own the reels and images you make for these projects, subject to the terms of the AI tools you use.
You may not:
- use Roomotion to make reels for other people or businesses as a paid service;
- resell, republish, copy or share the guide or its prompts, in whole or in part;
- share your login or let anyone else use your account.
If you break these rules, we may end your access without a refund.
Third-party tools
The workflow uses services such as ChatGPT, Kling, ElevenLabs and Suno. They are not part of Roomotion. You need your own accounts with them, their terms and prices apply, and their features and results can change at any time.
Your results
AI tools can change a design in ways you don't expect. You are responsible for checking anything you publish, and for having the rights and permissions it needs, including written permission from any real person you show.
Limitation of liability
Roomotion is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise that it will always work without interruption, or that the AI tools will give any particular result.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost clients or lost data, or for anything caused by third-party tools. Our total liability to you for anything to do with Roomotion is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
Refunds and access
Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy. If a payment is refunded or reversed, access to the guide ends.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If a change is important, we will also email buyers before it takes effect. If you keep using Roomotion after a change, the new terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of the Philippines, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it there.
